Does COLD PLAYER include channels?
No. COLD PLAYER is a media player only. It does not provide, sell or host any content — you add your own playlist from a provider you are entitled to use.
How long is the free trial?
Every new device gets 7 days free with every feature unlocked. No account or card is needed.
How do I activate after the trial?
Get an activation code from your reseller and redeem it on the Activate page with your device's MAC address. The app unlocks on the next reload.
Where do I find my MAC address and device key?
They are shown on the app's start screen and under Settings → Account. You can also scan the QR code to open the playlist page directly.
Which playlist formats are supported?
Xtream Codes API logins and M3U / M3U8 links, with EPG from the provider or any XMLTV guide URL.
Can I use one playlist on several devices?
Each device has its own MAC address, so add the playlist to each device — subject to your provider's connection limits.
